I will write a personalized training program for you to accomplish your goals, which would include 1x week in-person training and check ins AND 2x week workouts to do on your own. This would include weekly nutrition coaching and accountability.
Over these 3 months, you will get 36 workouts, 12 personal training sessions, and weekly nutrition tips, goals, and accountability. If you commit to it, you will also get a lifetime of new habits and a healthy lifestyle.
